I’m Grace Crompton - professional rugby player, coach, and founder of The Crompton Club. After years playing rugby on the world stage, I’ve learned that sport is about so much more than performance. It’s about confidence, teamwork, resilience, and understanding who you are becoming.
That’s why I’ve teamed up with Claudia Hess, an incredible women’s online coach who specialises in female health and empowering girls to feel strong, informed, and confident as they grow.
Together, we’ve created this guide for girls aged 8 to 12 - a time full of excitement, discovery, and sometimes a few big questions. With so much information (and misinformation) out there, we wanted to offer something clear, supportive, and genuinely helpful.
Whether you’re a parent reading alongside your child, or a young girl navigating these changes yourself, we hope this booklet gives you something valuable to take away.
